About Us

Established in 1923 as James and James Printing, the founder Alfred Argyle James printed and published "The Argus" local newspaper. See bottom left of second page in each edition for credits.

The business was passed from father to son till the mid 1960s, when it was sold due to ill health.  In 2003, the current owners purchased the business and in 2005 changed the name to Aviva Print to reflect the change in printing technology and broader service offerings.  

Today, Aviva Print continues to be a commercial printer with the latest technology and equipment.  As a national printer, Aviva Print is focused on commercial printing for businesses.  To maximise our operational efficiency we have dedicated some print centres to specialise in certain work.  For example, Letterhead printing, With Compliment stationery is printed from our QLD facility.  Envelopes and docket books are exclusively printed from our WA office.

Our national operation enable us to print local to you and ensure we get the work delivered on time.

We are ever investing in printing technology to reduce our turnaround times or expand our product offerings.  Recently our Ryobi presses have all been upgraded to provide UV finishing.  This means that a UV light dries the ink as it exits the press and can go straight to the guillotine department.  No overnight waiting.

  • If you are not satisfied with the quality of the print, we will re-print them or refund your money with an apology.
